8. Eighth dragon change: Spinning body change

Can also be translated as Revolving Body or Rotating Body Change

This trains striking to front and rear, single zhuangzhang.

Description: starting in dragon form with the left hand up.

Action One: Koubu, baibu into liaozhang (draw up the cloak) the same as change 2.2.

Action Two: Step the the leading (left) leg forward, start to do a chuanzhang with the the right hand. Push off the left leg to step the right foot forward, and step into a back and front single zhuangzhang. The right hand changes from chuan to zhuang while in movement forward. Bring in the left foot to a small mabu.

Action Three: Koubu the right foot in front (toes pointing outside the circle) to tanzhang with the right arm behind the body.

Action Four: Left chuanzhang, releasing the left foot to step forward softly. Step the right foot forward and right palm up chuanzhang. Step forward in the direction of the previous tanzhang.

Action Five: Turn and go back with drop stance thread palm.

Action Six: Go to dragon form.

The variations of the change are not in any specific order. They are numbered for convenience and this order may be adjusted later.
