The training manual encompases much of the knowledge on this website formatted as 8 1/2 x 11 inch PDF files for printing on your home printer. It is just one more of my imperfect attempts to describe and help spread Ma Gui Baguazhang, but in a more user friendly format. This website was originally just a way for me to sort out my notebooks. The training manual similarly grew out of my students' wish for a printable copy of the website.
Due to questions of copyright, the photos in the manual are only of me. In the website I prefer to have photos of others.
If a major rewrite is in the works I let you know so that you do not buy an edition that is redone the next month. The November 2012 rewrite was done after seeing Li in May 2012.
I had to take the training manual off the market in 2016, by the request of Li. He wants to control the materials that are available on the system that he is teaching.
