Description: Starting in single hook form with the left arm in to the centre.
Action One and Two: Start the same as the other single hook changes so far.



Action Three: Step the right foot through and come through in single hook.
Action Four: Turn to eagle form, facing the circle centre. Be sure to set the shoulders down and expand to an eagle feeling. This is important, otherwise there would not be a change that just had one different move in it.


Action Five: Step the right foot across and sweep the left arm, hooking past the left knee and returning to single hook form. Gradually turn and start to walk in single hook form.
